  • Refund Duration: If a refund is requested, the process can take up to 30 days.

  • Refund Criteria: Small and medium businesses are eligible for refunds if we don't provide at least 30 interns, while enterprises should receive a minimum of 75 interns. If a client specifies a requirement for fewer interns, this minimum limit is waived.

Please note: If a business requests fewer interns than our stipulated minimum, then the refund criteria adjust accordingly.
