Pre-Arrival & Post-Retreat Transportation
- Airport Pickup: VIP transportation is provided from Antalya Airport to Erato Villa. Please note, the drive takes approximately 3 hours.
- Departure: After check-out at 10:00 AM on May 11, VIP transportation will be available to return you to Antalya Airport.
Day 1 – Friday, May 30 (Check-In after 4:00 PM)
Pre-Check-In:
- Arrivals at Antalya Airport are welcomed with VIP transport to the villa (3-hour drive).
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM:
- Arrival & Check-In: Settle into your private king/queen room with ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a welcome refreshment in the villa’s serene lobby.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM:
- Orientation and introductions: Begin with a guided outdoor walk exploring Erato Villa’s breathtaking architecture and lush surroundings while getting to know the founders invited.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM:
- Dinner: Enjoy a delicious, locally-inspired meal served in the outdoor dining area, with all drinks included.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM:
Founder Story Night: Kick off the retreat with an intimate session where fellow founders share raw, real stories about their journeys, setting the stage for deep connection and valuable lessons.
Day 2 – Saturday, May 31

- Active Morning: Warmups, healthy lite breakfast, and group gathering to the workstations.

- Final Deep Work Session: A short, focused session to wrap up your thoughts and set clear action plans for when you return to your routine.

- Closing Circle & Check-Out: Gather for a brief closing discussion to share key takeaways and reflections before preparing for departure.
Post Check-Out:
- VIP transportation is provided to take you from Erato Villa back to Antalya Airport (approx. 3-hour drive).
- Final goodbye Lunch provided in Antalya city before departures.

Yes! If you’re comfortable sharing the same bedroom, you can bring a business partner for half the ticket price. Just make sure to let us know when booking.
Of course. Friends or family members are welcome under the same conditions: share the bedroom and purchase an additional ticket for half the price.
Yes — your retreat ticket will be a business expense. However, we recommend checking with your accountant or tax advisor based on your specific situation.
If your plans change, we have a flexible refund policy:
- Cancel 30+ days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancel 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 15 days before the event: No refund

- If you booked using a payment plan (deposit), the deposit is non-refundable.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless you find a qualified founder to attend in your place (subject to approval).
